1 Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using the jli888 website and its associated services (collectively, the "Platform"), you agree to comply with and be legally bound by these Terms & Conditions, together with our Privacy Policy and Responsible Gaming Policy, all of which are incorporated herein by reference.

3 Account Registration

3.1 One Account Per Person

Each individual player is permitted to hold only one (1) registered account on jli888. The creation of multiple accounts by the same individual — whether using different email addresses, phone numbers, payment methods, or device identifiers — is strictly prohibited and constitutes a material breach of these Terms.

3.2 Accuracy of Information

You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information during the registration process and to update such information as necessary to maintain its accuracy. jli888 shall not be liable for any loss arising from your failure to provide accurate registration details.

3.3 Account Security

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials, including your username, password, and any two-factor authentication codes. You agree to:

• Never share your login credentials with any third party
• Notify jli888 immediately at [email protected] if you suspect unauthorized access to your account
• Use a strong, unique password not used on other platforms
• Enable two-factor authentication where available

jli888 shall not be liable for any loss or damage arising from your failure to comply with these security obligations. Any activity that occurs under your account credentials is your sole responsibility.

3.4 Account Suspension and Closure

jli888 reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close any account at its sole discretion where it reasonably believes that a player has violated these Terms, engaged in fraudulent conduct, or where required to do so by applicable law or PAGCOR directive. In cases of account closure due to player misconduct, any bonuses or promotional funds will be forfeited.

4 Deposits & Withdrawals

4.1 Accepted Payment Methods

jli888 accepts deposits and processes withdrawals via the following payment channels available in the Philippines:

• Bank Transfers: BPI, BDO, Metrobank
• Interbank Networks: InstaPay, PESONet

All transactions are processed in Philippine Peso (PHP / ₱). jli888 does not accept cash deposits or payments made on behalf of a third party.

4.2 Deposit Terms

Deposits are credited to your jli888 account in real time or within the timeframe specified by your chosen payment provider. Minimum deposit amounts apply and are displayed at the point of transaction. jli888 does not charge fees for standard deposits, though your payment provider may apply their own charges.

4.3 Withdrawal Terms

Withdrawals are subject to the following conditions:

• Your account must be fully KYC-verified before any withdrawal is processed
• Withdrawals must be made to a payment method previously used to deposit funds, unless otherwise approved by our finance team
• Minimum and maximum withdrawal limits apply per transaction and per rolling period
• Withdrawals to GCash and Maya are typically processed within minutes during business hours; bank transfers may take one (1) to three (3) banking days
• jli888 reserves the right to request additional verification documents before processing large withdrawals

4.4 Anti-Money Laundering

jli888 complies fully with the Anti-Money Laundering Act (AMLA) of the Philippines and all PAGCOR AML directives. We are required by law to report suspicious transactions to the Anti-Money Laundering Council (AMLC). Deposits made without the intention to wager, structuring deposits to avoid reporting thresholds, or any other conduct indicative of money laundering will result in immediate account suspension and mandatory reporting to the appropriate authorities.

5 Bonuses & Promotions

5.1 General Bonus Terms

All bonuses, free bets, free spins, and promotional credits offered by jli888 are subject to specific terms and conditions that will be published alongside each promotion. Where a conflict exists between a specific promotion's terms and these general Terms, the specific promotion terms shall prevail for that promotion.

5.2 Wagering Requirements

Bonus funds are subject to wagering requirements before they can be converted to withdrawable cash. Wagering requirements, eligible games, minimum odds, and time limits are specified in each promotion's individual terms. Failure to meet wagering requirements within the stated period will result in the bonus and any winnings derived from it being forfeited.

5.3 Bonus Abuse

The following actions are considered bonus abuse and are strictly prohibited:

• Creating multiple accounts to claim the same promotion more than once
• Coordinating with other players to guarantee bonus outcomes
• Placing opposing bets across multiple accounts to meet wagering requirements without genuine risk
• Any other conduct designed to exploit promotional terms in a manner not intended by jli888

jli888 reserves the right to void bonuses, withhold winnings, and close accounts where bonus abuse is detected. Determinations of bonus abuse are made at the sole discretion of jli888's compliance team.

5.4 One Bonus Per Household

Where promotions are limited to one per player, this restriction also applies per household, IP address, device, and payment method. Players sharing an address, network, or device are collectively treated as a single promotional unit for the purpose of welcome and first-deposit bonuses.

6 Game Rules & Fair Play

6.1 Random Number Generation

7 Prohibited Conduct

• Attempting to reverse-engineer, decompile, or tamper with any part of the jli888 software or platform
• Uploading or transmitting viruses, malware, or any malicious code to the Platform
• Harassing, threatening, or abusing jli888 staff, support agents, or other players
• Using VPNs or proxy services to circumvent geographic restrictions or identity verification
• Selling, transferring, or purchasing jli888 accounts
• Exploiting any bug, error, or vulnerability in the Platform without reporting it to jli888

8 Responsible Gaming

jli888 is committed to providing a safe, controlled gaming environment. We recognize that gambling can become harmful for some individuals and we have put in place a comprehensive set of responsible gaming tools accessible from your account dashboard.

8.1 Available Tools

• Deposit Limits: Set daily, weekly, or monthly limits on how much you can deposit

You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, create derivative works from, publicly display, or exploit any Platform content without the express prior written consent of jli888.

10 Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable Philippine law, jli888, its officers, directors, employees, and affiliates shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of, or inability to use, the Platform.

Without limiting the foregoing, jli888 expressly disclaims liability for:

• Loss of profits, revenue, or data resulting from Platform downtime or service interruptions
• Damages arising from unauthorized access to your account due to your failure to maintain account security
• Financial losses incurred as a result of gambling activity on the Platform
• Technical failures originating from third-party payment providers, internet service providers, or device hardware

In any case, jli888's maximum aggregate liability to you for any claim arising out of these Terms shall not exceed the amount of funds held in your jli888 account at the time the claim arises.

11 Privacy & Data

jli888 collects, processes, and stores personal data in accordance with the Data Privacy Act of 2012 (Republic Act No. 10173) of the Philippines and our Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference.

By registering on jli888, you consent to the collection and processing of your personal information for the purposes of account management, identity verification, transaction processing, regulatory compliance, and communication of relevant promotional offers. You may withdraw consent at any time subject to the limitations described in our Privacy Policy.

12 Amendments to Terms

jli888 reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms & Conditions at any time and at its sole discretion. 13 Governing Law & Disputes

These Terms & Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of the Philippines, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.

In the event of a dispute arising from these Terms or your use of jli888, you agree to first attempt to resolve the matter informally by contacting our support team. If the dispute cannot be resolved informally, it may be referred to PAGCOR's dispute resolution process as the applicable regulatory authority, or to the competent courts of the Philippines.

You agree that any legal action or proceeding related to jli888 shall be brought exclusively in a court of competent jurisdiction within the Republic of the Philippines.
